How can FindShop subscription improve my business rating?

The best way to quickly improve your ratings is by sending email review requests to your customers.

Can I delete negative reviews?

No, you can’t delete a negative review. But if you believe the review is fake or violates our guidelines then you can report it to us.

Can a business remove their listing and reviews from FindShop?

No, we don’t delete business listings or reviews.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Absolutely. You can cancel the subscription anytime you want. We don’t offer long-term contracts.

How can I invite past customer to review my business?

You can upload customer details in CSV format to send email invite from FindShop customer invite page.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime. Updated plan will be applicable from next billing cycle.
