I ordered one book online on the website https://www.buytestseries.com/ on 19th Sep 2022.The book reached Lucknow on 24th Sep (as found out by me, the status was still showing as 'forwarded to Lucknow on courier website). I kept calling people at Delhi and Lucknow locations taking cues from the tracking website. Today its 26th Sep..I called the Lucknow center of the courier company to get to know about the delivery status and got to hear that my address is a non deliverable address. Now the question is...if it was a non deliverable address, why my order was accepted at the first place?? I got a call from the company and now they are asking me to pay extra charges of Rs 160 for delivery!! This is really not done and never an acceptable kind of service!! I never faced this situation over the last over 15 years on my online orders!! Now when I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money, I get to hear that money will be refunded only when my book gets back to the shelf again...i.e. they will take approx 7 days again to wait for the book to reach its source and then they will start the refund process...means I have now no choice but to wait for another 7 to 10 days to get my money to be able to order the book online from some reliable vendor like makemydelivery.com,conferenza or flipkart or amazon etc...These people are really unprofessional and people should not rely on them and I will advise everyone to never buy anything from their website...Thanks
