I wanted to buy a Keyboard and a bag was going through reviews on Google. I came across Devmusicals and thought like Genuine service as per the reviews. The incident took place on aug 21 2020 where I contacted On the number given in Devmusicals website. I called them to ask about the quality, product warranty and if possible some discount and COD. They ensured that warranty is included in the same cost while purchasing the instrument. I was very happy and around 22nd October 2020 I have ordered a Keyboard and placed the order and left. After waiting for couple of days I heard no communication back from them. After waiting for 2-3 days I called them to ask for status. They told me that there was some problem in my order. Looks like the keyboard was not placed (purchased for 0 rupees) and bag order was through. I was confused on how did that happen. I felt suspicious about them and asked them to deliver the bag alone. I thought if they deliver the bag, they are genuine otherwise they are not. Till now they neither delivered the bag NOR returned my money. I have been following up with them many times and they refused to give me a proper answer. They kept telling me.. Mam we will deliver you the bag and that never happened. Today I called them again and they said that the order has been blocked and I was marked as a HACKER. I felt shocked to hear that. They took my money and never bothered to update about the product I ordered and when I called them they are blaming me like this and two people started speaking to me very rudely. I tried to convince them and they called me a thief. Is this how customers are treated? If their website has some problem then why should they blame the customers? If payment didn’t went thru for one of the items then how can they blame the customer? Why wud I give my exact address when I am a hacker? Whatever they have done is wrong and I demand an apology and my money refund Rs.680. It may be small amount to them but not for me. I don’t know how many customers are being cheated but this is not right. Very bad Devmusicals. It’s very hard to earn trust and sad to see that I lost trust.
