10 months agoI had bought a PEORA Bracelet from Mumbai. The bracelet lock became unhinged in the second day of purchase. I was told in a very rude conversation that PEORA has no return policy and the product can only be exchanged. The repairing of the lock for the original product would take 21 days. The bracelet that i got as a replacement also broke within the next 48 hours. I had put across a message to PEORA which was not even acknowledged! Money down the drain and rude conversations, sorry to be a custormer!
