4 years agoI dont know how but they are also able to delete/hide my previous comments. This just goes to show that they know what they did. I have been calling the customer care for 1000 times and the lady just disconnects the call everytime saying server is down. You cancelled my order on 10th May which was already paid and since then you have not refunded my money which was supposed to be credited within 7 days as mentioned in your email. Everytime i call, the person says there were some holidays so it got a little delayed, the money will be transferred in 2 days in 3 days amd so on.
