2 years agoOrdered Thrax badminton racket which comes unstrung, and to my surprise break during the stringing at 26lbs, where company claims 32lbs for the same racket. When contacted them then they denied the replacement, pathetic experience with them and not recommend anyone to go with outdated khelmart.
