I agree with Lav S on the communication part. In one line "Worst online Sales and experience". I ordered Roland EX-20 on 24-Nov after speaking with Mr. Kunal B. He mentioned that the product is available and can be delivered to Mumbai. Fortunately, I selected Cash on Delivery option. I placed the order and received invoice. So far, all good. The fun starts now, I called again on 27-Nov to confirm my order status. Mr. Kunal B said, there was a delay from his vendor and he is suppose to receive the order on 27th Nov and will dispatch it on 28th Nov. He confirmed that I will receive a text and email on shipping and tracking. He also mentioned that it will take 5-6 days to deliver. Today 12/4, I again called him as I did not receive any communication assuming that the product is shipped as no one communicated otherwise. Mr. Kunal B. mentioned that the product they received from their vendor was defective hence they did not ship. I asked him why did he not communicate to me saying that there is a delay. (As a customer, isn't that a fair ask?) Hearing this, he said why should I communicate as there is nothing shipped. I asked him at least let me know that the product is not shipped and there is a delay. He kept on referring me to to there online portal site where he said the status shows pending. Although the portal site status never changed, the status was same as it was when i first placed the order. The message on my Order status says "Your order will be reviewed soon" and the status remained as "Order Received". Mr. Kunal kept on saying that the orders status shows pending, which is not the case. He was reluctant to accept that he failed to communicate. On the contrary he said, if he has not dispatch the product why should he communicate. My only question to him was if you do not dispatch it was another month how will the customer know. The argument went into endless loop and I thought it was better to cancel the order. I have take screenshots of all the order status and can provide more details if required. I do not know if they new or old in this online selling business. But my only suggestion to him was it is always healthy for a business if you have a transparent communication with your customer. Customer understand that things do go wrong sometime and will accept it open heartedly if you keep the communication channel open. But I think my suggestion was not well accepted or understood. If you want to buy anything online from these guys, I won't say don't buy... as I am not sure on the product quality and post sale services. But I would suggest you as a customer to have a continuous follow up with them on that sales and delivery. DO NOT expect any communication from them. Hope this helps
