I order a cake after confirmation from india cakes representative that the order deliver or not she confirm that order will delivered tomorrow (16/05/2020) I placed an order and make payment. I confirmed again she said we will deliver order today I make a call to customer care to know the status of the order and the support executive said ur order is cancelled i said her that ur representative confirm that the order is delivered today before 5 minutes So she said hume nahi pata kisne kya kha h aapse Mne apne paymwnt k bare m pucha to bola ki hum ek coupon issue karenge jo ek saal tak valid hmne kaha i dont want ur coupon i need my money back they said nhi Mne kha i paid advance pyment for the order to kha ki to kya hua kharid thodi lia h India cakes is cheap company fraud website no response on calls Fraud company do not buy any thing from them its juat a wastage of money I lost my money which i paid to them
