Kim demonstrated great care for her craft and attention to detail by providing regular updates and photos of the progress of her work. The workmanship is outstanding and the material is quality. The website is easy to navigate, the product was delivered in tasteful packaging and in a timely manner via a reliable delivery system. I was so impressed that I ordered a second one!
