I had worst experience with THE SECRET LABEL.COM. I bought a dress worth 13,000/-. My dress came out completely wrong size and the stitching was bad and faulty. There were folding and sagging of clothes under the arm and the neck areas. When I wrote to the customer care there was no relief. I received a mail which had an exact meaning “ if you want take it or get lost”. After paying a big money for a dress such a frigid and unfriendly response was absolutely unwarranted. There is no solid friendly policy for exchange there is something written in th disclaimer however they act accordingly to the wimps and fancies of the person sitting their.
