I am purchasing one coconut oil on Reliance smart master canteen after get exit I see the Plastic bottle damaged oil was fault in floor I come back to store manager and ask to return the bottle the staff behave as very rudely floor manager say me the bottle was broken outside the exit point the company not responsible for that he said not exchange or refund the bottle I request to floor manager I am purchasing few second back why you not exchange refund the coconut oil bottle ..floor manager was not refund or exchange my product . I am purchasing Reliance smart last six year but this type of behaviour at this type of service. .. I never by any product from Reliance or Reliance smart Reliance company ever. .. in request all the Indian customers not by any product of Reliance company .
