5 years agoPlaced and order in July 2017. Were told by the company that since it is raining and the cloth used would not dry easily, I would have to wait until October. Received part order, that is Ghongadi but no Jen. It is now January 2018. I think the rains have stopped but AM YET TO RECEIVE THE ORDER. Customer service is poorest I have ever seen in my life. Do not pick up calls, ask customers not to come to the shop and do not even reply to calls or SMS. I hope such fraudsters are not promoted unnecessarily.
