I spent hundreds of dollars on multiple pairs of glasses on their site. They sent me the wrong prescription and refused to send me replacement lenses, even after I offered to pay for them (THEIR mistake). Now I’m stuck with 3 pairs of glasses that I can’t wear. What’s even worse than that, after refusing to help me, they wouldn’t stop messaging me, it was like they were enjoying taunting me with the fact that they made my glasses wrong and weren’t going to do anything about it. I finally had to report and block them to get the text harassment to stop. Such a bummer because their frames are so cute, but the customer service is above and beyond heinous.
