7 months agoWe ordered food from Ratnagiri Vinayak hotel. Wat we ordered an food came totally different and was very petatic horrible, we have called customer care many times regarding this issue, customer care we’re not responding. I request u all not to order any food from Zoop they r cheater they show Restaurant name and get food from slum people and deliver. We r filling case in consumer court against them, we have take. Video and pic of the food and sent the same to Zoop people also. This was my second bad experience with this zoop.
