I bought two tops from mall of India, Noida on 18th September , but after purchasing of 20min I realize one of the top didn't have a good design, so I went back I requested, can you please exchange this top of mine???? But the price of the top I had taken was 1899 and the price I had to take was 1799, there was a difference of 100s in the price of both the top He said ma'am you have to buy the same price or more material than this price But no item was less than 1000 rupees that means I will spend my 900rs more to save my 100rs I requested him a lot, and said you keep these 100rs,and can adjusted in next shopping or give me the goods of less money But they did not exchange. I am a regular customer of KAZO but the experience was really very disappointed.
