5 years agoI have ordered 2 t shirts on Aug15, 2018. I have cancelled the order on Aug20. But they didnt cancel my order. And the status was in sep 2018. i called every week and asked for refund. They telling your complaint is in-progress please wait for 2 to 3 days. Till Feb 05, 2019 i didn't get any call or message from them. Again customer care people telling the same sorry for the delay. But no improvement in response. SO NEVER EVER SHOP IN FBB online.
