In no event shall Whirlpool of India Limited, its affiliates, directors, officers, agents, consultants or employees ("Representatives") be liable for any purchases made through the WStore. Customer hereby to the fullest extent permissible waives any and all claims that it may have against Whirlpool and its Representatives arising as a result of or in relation to the WStore or purchases made through the WStore including inter-alia claims relating to payment and delivery of the products.
