2 years agoThey did not deliver and said it was the wrong address. I know the address by heart and sent online order earlier as well. They did not confirm the address with me even after saying I put the right address. They even have the recipient's phone number provided, no one called to confirm the address. After lodging a complaint, I always get a standard message each time. The number they mention on their website comes as switched off. The number they text from has set reply. the email has set reply saying that we chose the order and they cant refund. Cant guarantee delivery anymore.
