3 years agoI requested for a document on 17th Aug 2020. On website it was showing that the document will be delivered by 20th. On 20th, when checked, i was told that we are dispatching. Finally after repeated calls, document was dispatched on 21st on a stupid courier service in Mumbai. In Mumbai for delivery in Mumbai, it took 3 days and on 24th, the document was not delivered. Poor customer care response and poor service. Future customers, please be aware of the same. I lost an opportunity because of this.
